What's Included

Each plan order contains the following drawings:

Plan orientation is as shown.  If you wish to purchase plans in the reverse orientation, one set may be ordered reversed for an additional charge of $35.00.  Please note, however, that dimensions and text will appear backward.

The price shown for each plan includes 5 sets of blueprints when ordered via mailed order form.  We do not accept telephone or email orders.  Additional sets may be ordered for an additional charge.  Reproducible vellums may be also be purchased at an additional charge of $80 per plan, allowing you to have minor changes made to the plan and to do your own printing. 

Prices shown on this website are only available through website ordering.  If you choose to set an appointment to view floor plans in our office, prices will be substantially higher.  We do not provide telephone support or customer service for this website.  Any inquiries regarding this website or the plans shown can be made via email ("Contact Us" page).

Plan orders are non-refundable.

The purchase of a plan gives the purchaser permission to build this plan one time only.  Purchase of vellums for a plan allows minor changes and copies to be made.  In all other circumstances, our plans are protected by Federal Copyright laws and no portion of them may be copied, reproduced, or resold in any way.

The majority of available floor plans were produced manually (by hand).  However, in the case of cad-based floor plans, A.R. Residential Design does not sell or provide electronic copies of plan files.

Residential Design, Inc. has made every effort to insure that all floor plans are free from errors, omissions, and inaccuracies.  However, floor plans are sold “as is” without warranty of any kind, and A.R. Residential Design, Inc. accepts no liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies found within the drawings as perceived by the purchaser or any third party entity involved in the use of the purchased product.. 

These plans were designed to meet the requirements of Standard Building Codes in effect at the time of design and for the area in which they were designed.  Due to possible changes in code and varying requirements from area to area, we recommend that you consult a local professional to review the drawings so that any adjustments necessary may be made .

Floor plans do not contain structural designs, HVAC drawings, specifications, materials lists or take-offs.  We recommend that the owner or builder obtain engineering services for a purchased plan (foundation, structural, and HVAC) before beginning construction.

We strongly recommend that you consult a local architect, engineer and building official to review the purchased plans prior to beginning construction.
