It is my pleasure to recommend the services of AR Residential Designs and Albert Refoua to any builder or individual looking for a new home design. 

 

Albert has been a big part of the success that Flagstone Custom Homes has achieved over the past 7 years.  We have used his designs in several neighborhoods throughout the Metroplex and have always been pleased with how they are received by our customers.

 

Albert has designed all of our Model Homes including the model that won the McSam award for design at the 2002 awards presentation.

 

Albert's designs are a nice blend of traditional time tested design with new design trends that today's homeowners are looking for.   Albert understands the market and it shows in the innovative ideas that he presents.

 

While we all fall in love with design, as a builder the thing that I appreciate is that his designs work.  While many designers can make a house look good, their concepts do not translate to the building site.  Albert is diligent in making sure that the design is there but it will also work when it is built in the field.  As a builder, I appreciate this aspect of Albert's work the most.

 

Whatever your budget and whatever your style, I would recommend AR Designs and Albert to any individual or builder.
